One of the more popular and easier places is on the left side front panel just above the speaker. Just open the driver side door and pop off the side panel were you can then hook up the wires to the switch.

There is ample room in the left side of the dash. Here's a pic of my IPF switch.

Like 1222 said, a good place is above the speaker.
Easy access by pulling off the side cover and there is a hole through to the inside of the cowl that you can pull wires through.

You can see the wires coming through the hole in the thread that OH9JK linked.

I'm pretty sure that's where the directions for the Mopar Aux lights tell you to put them also. Very easy access to the engine bay throught the firewall at that point.

Here are a couple of options that don't require drilling.

Rugged Ridge Pillar Switch Mount
sPod by Precision Designs
You'll need to select a separate link inside these links.

The first is just the switches but the sPod has a separate box with relays and fuses that connect straight to the battery.

I have the sPod and, while it is a bit pricey, I like it for its versatility and ease of adding accessories. Once the Source is installed, you'd just have to run two wires from the accessory to the box. The switches are never bothered with after installation except to turn them on and off.
