Death Wobble Help

Took 2009 Jeep Wrangler 4 x 2 to dealer and he said front end was low because of recently installed winch and front bumper. Said it was bottoming out and recommended off road coils, front shocks and steering damper. He also said damper was leaking so I suspect that was what helped contribute to wobble. Any suggestions? Front shocks and damper seem pretty easy but what about coils. He also said you might want to install a lift kit to prevent bottoming out, which I don't want to do and think the stiffer coils should eliminate that problem. Thoughts? Any recommendations without breaking the bank on shocks/damper and will this alone fix death wobble for now or do you think heavier duty coils is needed? If coils needed, any recommendations?

steering damper never fixes DW only will hides it for a short time. You need another mechanic since if ANY of them say its the damper run. I know more then a few jeeps that removed the damper and never put it back, no DW. But the front must be in tip top condition.

Dw can be from a number of worn out parts. But first be very sure its not the tires balance. Even small amount off with say any worn parts and you get DW. Common issues; track bar bushings, other control arm bushings, Ball joints or Unite bearings.

Look up dry steer testing. You will need a friend to help you.

Thanks 222! Dealer looked at control arms/ball joints and reported no issues. I doubt he looked at wheel balance so will have that done. Really was looking for recommendations on shocks/damper that are much better than stock keeping in mind that the stock shocks/damper is 10 years old. So many options are out there that I don't know where to start. Same with coils. Curious as to how hard it is to replace coils.
