Coolant Water JKU 3,6 Recon Help

Hello from germany,
i need some Help or only an answer.

i have an JKU Recon 3,6 from 2018 with 82 000 KM

I lost after an Holiday Tour in the Italien Alps 500ml Coolant Water from the Bootle near Radiotor.

Outside it was very HOT and always Offroad with 4 LO and 5 KM/H for many KM.
Temperature from the Engine was not Over 115 Celsius. And Gearbox 80-82 Celsius.

i fill it up and Drive also 1000km at Home on the Highway

Here at Home i must fill a little bit in the Bootle. 100 or 200 ml

I go here to my Garage and ask it is normal.
Answer.
Head Gasket broken

No never the Water is go,that is not Normal !!

Other Garage

Is it normal,it was so Hot ant the Water is evaporates

What you mean is correct ?

No one can give me an answer.

No Leak,no CO2 in the Coolant Water and the Engine run fine !!

Thanks for your Help

Sorry my bad english,i do my best ;-)

A little bit of water can evaporate from the bottle, but not very much.

Bad head gasket can cause coolant loss. Check to see if there is any white foam in your oil.

I had a similar issue with our 2012. started about 30k miles on it. My jeep is more a trail jeep so its life is at 2-5 mph over rocks. Had a coolant smell i could never find and lost coolant very slowly. about 5k miles ago i replaced the power steering all of it. Box, pump and tank for the system with all PSC. During this i Noticed something. the coolant hose on rad to the over fill was loose at the rad. It has no clamp its just push on. The rubber expended and being loose was leaking. though never seen it leak, just that smell. Any way finished the steering up grade and when i put that hose back on the rad i cut off an inch. fits like Fiat did it for now. Could use a low pressure spring clamp or better quality hose.

Fixed the issue< Keep It Simple S____ rad caps to can go bad. before we start looking at head issues. Unless it over heated, but they can run 220 and be nominal

One thing I noticed:
My fan starts at 203 F to 220 and then goes out even though
the temperature is still above 220. It does not switch on
2 levels. Although I have read that it should sound like
an airplane. It did i never heard of it.

the black hose in that pic one end gores to the rads nipple. That is where mine was loose, hose expands and in time wont contract enough to hold on.

Fan in high is rather loud. Very.

that yellow lid wont be an issue. But if that hose leaks at the rad or bottle it cant refill the rad during cool down after running it, its sucking air. Red arrow is the over flow when that bottle is over filled, like during a over heat.

On rough, steep rocky trails I have noticed that over time I can lose quite a bit of coolant from where the overflow comes out. I think I sloshes around so much that I would lose a little at a time, and was hard to find where it was coming from as it would burn off by time I’d get home.
