does this only happen with a remote start?

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

Past threads about the AC staying on were related to having the selector in the defrost position. Your issue appears to be more complicated than that.

getting a p0645 code open compressor control circuit on live readout status is false. sw operating perfect so it has to be one of modules tipm or powertrain

P0645 seams to be the issue, did you chase the CIRCUITS and follow trouble tree?

I hate doing this -- check attachments 'trouble tree' they are often to advanced for the average DIYer.
Anyway hope it helps...

FYI I asked about remote starting because there was a TSB for that...
