2013 Jeep Wrangler heating issues

After the Jeep heats up (which seems to be very quick maybe after driving 5 min.) When i turn on the heat it blows hot air for maybe 20 minutes then turns to cold like I turn on the AC and doesn't seem to blow warm air again.... any ideas or what i should check?

i know there has been issues with jeeps in this build period were the rad fluid is contaminated, sludge from casting sand? or who knows they dont own up to it anyway. I know early reports of this back in 12/13. I flushed the jeep when about new with enough water to fill a pool. not really but it was enough to drink from it. then flushed that with RO water. then replaced rad fluid. This was a just in case mine had the same issue. but i always do this to anything new since i now the how Fopar and its QC. that would include all fluids too.

could be a blend door ? air trapped in the system etc.......
