2010 misfiring. Dealership suggesting new engine

Help! 2010 wrangler 100k miles nothing wrong with jeep,, but took to shop and had them do tune-up. Spark plugs, wires, oil all changed. Ran great for 2 week, now running rough and misfire. Took to dealership

Found injector 4 and 6 flooding and replaced them. Still misfiring . Check compression on 2 4 6 psi 150. However when run cylinder 4 psi 35. Dealership wants to replace engine .

If Cyl 4 is showing a 35 PSI compression, that's not good. It may need rings, it may have bad valve guides, valve seals or a leaking valve. If it's a head, that's a much cheaper option than an engine. If it was me, I would push them to determine if it's just a head or if it's something more serious.

leak down test number 4. air will tell you if its valve or ring issue.
