After talking to a few friends that are cops, they themselves mainly look for the "blue" tint which you start to see after 8000k, they aren't to worried about the whiter lights. That's why I went with the 35W, my buddy has 55W-7000k in his civic and they're way to bright.

Those pics don't include the FOG HIDS. I'll put some up against a flat wall asap.

Thanks for the pictures. It's bright but the light pattern is as expected.
