Apparently not, even though they came up when I filtered for JKs. Those are universal, not direct fit and not for use with certain airbag setups. I removed the link.

From the Q/A on that product:

Can I use it in my 2012 JK? Back and front seats?

No, these are not designed for use in JK Jeeps. We do not have any direct fit seat belts for those models yet.

You can carefully take it apart to fix it. It's probably the ball bearing in the retractor mech. Mine were crudded up with dried mud and fully locked up and wouldn't release.

Pop off the trim, unplug the yellow ABS connector and with a T50 torx, unbolt the assembly. You might need some serious horsepower to remove the bolt if it's never been out before. An impact gun like the HF earthquake will break it free. Carefully remove the cover and try not to move the gear and then pop put the ball, clean the top and bottom of the socket and reassemble.

Make sure you fully seat the yellow connector, it's hard to get it in fully. I use a pair of channel locks to get it to go back together fully.
