Wiring pin outs help

I swapped a 2003 4.0L engine complete with computer and wiring harness into my '82 CJ-7, and I'm having a lot of trouble finding all the pinouts and wiring diagrams of the wiring harness (with wire-colors). Can anyone help with this? I've only found 2 pinout diagrams so far for the model year body harness I have, and some of the wires seem to be different colors on it as well. Any help is appreciated!

Also, there are some connectors on the engine harness that I have no clue what they go to, so if there are any diagrams illustrating all the connectors of the wiring harness that would be amazing! Thanks

It is in the pdf you found.

Look at the section labeled Wiring then look for the subsection Connector Pin-Outs.

As far as I can see there isn't a subsection for connectors and pinouts in the wiring part. Am I looking at the wrong thing?

I think you have found the Parts Catalog.

Try doing it from on a computer.

Go to the part of the page that says Online Repair Manuals, select Jeep Wrangler TJ and year 2003, then go to the subsection Wiring Connector Pinouts.

That is not it. That looks like you may be in the parts manuals section. From the link above go to the middle of the page where to says online repair manuals. From the “select” drop down list pick Wrangler TJ then the year (2003) then in the next drop down list find Wiring-Connector PinOuts. The PCM connectors are on about pages 39-40.

There is also a connector & grounds locations section that may help too.

Edit, sorry, did not intend to step on you.
