I'm not sure from this view angle, but they could be a bit wide for the stock flares? Might need a slightly wider flare to avoid rubbing at full stuff?

Now you need to lift it, just to drive over a speed bump at Walmart.

I ran 31's without to much power sacrifice.

A lot of average drivers will be at 2,000 RPMs in city driving on stock 29s as I was. I've discovered, with 33s and stock gears, the tranny delays upshifts, so now I'm at 2,500 RPMs in city driving, where our 4.0L develops more power.

Therefore, no loss in power running 33s with stock gears, because the tranny is getting more out of the 4.0L. Higher RPMs in city driving, better utilization of the engine, but lower RPMs when cruising on the freeway.

I ran 31X10.50s on stock 15X7 wheels with no lift for years. I just had to adjust the steer stop bolts to keep them from rubbing on the front lower links.
