I had nothing but problems with the ORO LED's. They replaced them twice under warranty and when the 3rd set started to fair the denied my warranty request.

Lost my upper radiator hose while poking around in the woods. Tried to secure it and add fluid but it just shot out everywhere. After a tow, replaced the upper and lower hoses plus the thermostat. Before I add the coolant and head off again, I thought I'd reach out to the Jeep Yodas and see if I should check something else.

Thx!

Check the heater hoses, if they are as old as the others wouldn't hurt, and back flush the core while the system is open.

It still needs a bit of work, but I used last weekend while on the Rubicon Trail. I mounted the 10 Plate Heat Exchanger under the Battery Tray and mounted the connections just in front of the air box. I used Red and Blue so I would remember which is which. I used 2 hand held shower hoses connected together to give me about 10' of hose. I did a trial run at home first, I used an ice chest full of water to simulate the lake with a garden hose flood to use to filter out anything large. I had the pump sitting on the bumper and used alligator clips to connect it to the battery. I was not sure how much height the pump could pull water so if I needed to I could place it on the ground to get it lower. As it turned out it would pull water up about 8' or more so now I can permanently mount it (just need to find a spot). As it turned out it heated the water to hot so I had to use the tempering valve set-up to get the water temp down a bit. The water at 6,000 + feet is very cold so this little exchanger worked like a champ. Then my son and nephews took the jeep down to the river with a trap and made a hot water spa.

Not sure how much longer I can hold off on getting bifocals... saw the pic and thought to myself, "who in hell waxes their battery and why is there a product specifically for that purpose?"

New 18lb Stant rad cap probably wouldn't hurt.

Decided I didn’t want to pay for a roof rack when all I wanted was an OEM style rack to haul very light cargo. Found one on a 2002 expedition and cut it down to fit, mounted it to the hard top. Only good for about 60lbs, but I won’t be hauling anything around that weight with it. Please ignore my junk pile behind me!

Picked up a set of rear poison spyder fenders (no armor) today. Those and my front bumper are going to powder coat tomorrow. Also gave it a wash
