Trektop vs Quadratop Question

Quadratec has the Trektop NX for $800 (even number) + a $100 gift card and then they have a QuadraTop Adventure Top (which looks and functions exactly like the Trektop NX) for $600 + a $100 gift card. I asked Quadratec about the difference and they said it is just a matter of choice, with the Trektop being OEM by Bestop. I have experience with the Trektop NX (loved it) but never saw the Adventure Top so my question is.

Have you installed the Adventure Top on your TJ and what your impression is? I like the idea of saving $200 for a comparable top but haven't found much information on it. Appreciate any reviews or first hand experiences - and I don't mind waiting to have my choice shipped.

Supposedly the Quadratop is just a cheaper version from Bestop made for Quadratec. This is all I could get from Quadratec. I had the Trektop NX and loved it.

"The Trektop NX is a great top! The Quadratop Adventure Top is a great top! I really like them both and it is a difficult decision between the two. The Adventure Top has a much low profile when flipped back when compared to the Trektop NX. It also costs a bit less. The Adventure Top has a 3 year Limited Warranty where the non-Twill Trektop NX has a 2 year Limited Warranty. These warranties basically cover the tops against defects in material and workmanship."

Thanks! I'm still torn between the two simply because of the new-ness of the Quadratop. I just might save the cash and try out the Quadratop. Somebody's gotta do it
