Throttle Body

I am pretty sure that I have heard of this being done but just thought I would ask the experts instead of just trying it.

Can you put a Poweraid throttle body for a 4.0L on an 03 2.4L and still gain the benefits of it

I put the helix throttlebody spacer on my 99 4.0 and gained some torque but its not something you will really feel on the streets, you will notice a minor difference in torque offroad, esp mud.
Unless you plan to do complete exhaust and intake with the spacer you will be wasting money in my opinion.
