Stock hardtop verses 2 Piece aftermarket

Hello, I am new to this so hopefully I am creating this question correctly. I have owned a 1997 TJ for the past two years and love it. It originally came with the half doors and soft uppers but I got lucky a couple of weeks ago to find some hard doors for it. BUT I now have a guy who wants to trade my hard doors and top for an aftermarket 2 piece hardtop and fiberglass/glass uppers with half door lowers. Any thoughts? I like the idea of the two piece top for summer and I like the idea of being able to use the half doors when I want and enclose when its nasty outside. I don't like the idea of having a small opening going through drive up windows but hey you can't have it all.
Here is a picture of the top he wants to trade.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
