Spring Setup Feedback After Lift

I'm installing a 3.5" RE spring lift with Core 4x4 adjustable arms and a rear adjustable track bar. I got the new end links, shocks, track bar, and lower controls arms in with the springs. I haven't installed the upper control arms and adjusted pinion yet for the SYE installed, but the springs just don't look to be sitting well to me so I wanted to get feedback. I'm concern once I rotate the axle up for pinion adjustment the spring won't be sitting in a good spot. My lower CA's are approx 16-1/8" on center. Pic is shown has the rear end under load and off the stands with a jack. Thoughts?

it looks like the rear end is still drooped pretty far down compared to ride height. you can cut and relocate the upper spring perches, but many find it unnecessary. when the axle cycles up, the perches will become more inline. at 3.5" of lift, you shouldnt have an issue.

note, when setting adj upper and lower arms, you want the pinion angle set and then adjust the axle location so its centered in the wheel well at full bump.

Thanks for the response. I figured out part of my issue. The Rubicon Express track bar bracket is straight and I need an angled one for a CV setup. This was causing my axle to not sit straight due to the side load. Once I unhooked the track bar I was able to get my control arms and drive shaft all lined up.
