speedo calibration

so im putting on 32" tires this weekend...
im positive its gonna mess with my speedometer
how bad?
how can i calibrate it myself?
or can i?
how much does it cost to have it calibrated?

It will be a little off. How much depends on the stock tire size and gearing. I see that you have a 97 so you are either running 3.05 or 3.55. All you need to do is find the correct speedo gear for your size tire and swap it with your old speedo gear. Here is a website that gives step by step instruction.

I'm sure that some will post a link showing speedo gears and tire size. You can buy the speedo gear from you dealership for $12.

I mounted 32's as well and my speedo was off (read slower) by 5 mph. I installed the 37 tooth gear and Im back to normal.
I have 4.10, 4.11. f/r

BTW it was very easy to swap the gears. took all of 10 mins tops
