Spare Tire Spacer

I know someone had to have talked about this but I can’t find it. 1999 almost stock TJ. I upgraded tires to 31x10.5. Studs on spare tire carrier no longer reach through the wheel lug holes. (10.5 tire is hitting the stops). What is the easiest fix?

X 2 for easiest.

p.s. Don't forget to add a washer or two on the steering stops so your new tires don't rub the lower control arms when turning at full lock.
