Judging by the pic, you have more spring travel than shock shaft showing. This means you’re using your new expensive shocks as the bump stops. Measure from the metal cup that the foam bump is in to the lower pad. Then measure your shock shaft. Add bump stop extensions to ensure that the bumps fully bottom metal to metal before you run out of shock travel.

X2. That is set up for an expensive problem. Foxes are long. I strongly suspect the rear is also in need of help.
