SERIOUS Vibration! Not DW, NEED HELP!!

Today I was driving into the city and after I stopped to take a leak all of a sudden my jeep developed the most savage vibration EVER!!!
I tryed playing around with tire pressure and that did nothing...
I know its not death wobble because it doesnt shake my steering wheel, its just shakes my jeep like a uber paint shaker over 80km/hr and only gets worse there after...
It is lifted 2.5" but my drive shaft isnt at a bad level cuz I drop my TC with washers...
The tires are 33x13.5 rockers that have been on for 2 months now, no vibes before this...
When I got to the city I jacked it up and checked to see if there was play in my ball joints, and i found none and double checked the lug nutrs for tightness...
And now for the weird part.......
This massive vibration comes and goes... it will completely stop for 30 secs then do it lightly for 10 secs then stop for a while then go into a massive horribly scary shake to the point I have to slow down then I spped up and it does nothing then this vibe comes back...
I NEED HELP lol

Simple, take your hands and rub them, feel for irregularities.

Still could be wheel bearings and ball joints. Your smaller tires are putting less strain on those items and not causing them to fail at their limits.

33x13.5" tires are wide. probably on 15x10" wheels too. That is a lot of leverage against the Ball joints and Wheel bearings.

Is there any ways to check the wheel bearings and ball joints?
I was just told to jack it up and check for vertical play in the tires to check for ball joint play...
