I double checked, I bought my BBK in Oct 2011. I was just bragging about it Thursday. I tried to get a Savvy T-shirt 3 or 4 times too. But no joy.

Why try to figure how to machine the trickery that is the locking mechanism for the cap when you can just pop another one on top? Made sense to me when I did it.
