Rusted shut passenger door

Hey, I recently bought a 2005 Tj and found the locking mechanism is rusted shut on the passenger door. Any ideas on how to get the door off so I can take a look/replace the mechanism inside? Thanks in advance,
Colin

If you pull the passenger seat out through the driver's side, you can get the door panel off and access the actuation rods that way. Soak them down from the inside with WD-40 which is a solvent and will free up the gunked out grease. I would suspect another issue besides rust, but I don't live where it is rusty most of the time.
