I'm looking into getting a 99 TJ that needs the airbags replaced. Has anyone done this? What dose it take and how hard is it to do? The guy I'm buying from said that they are a hassle at first but not really that hard. Just wanting to get some other opinions. I'll see what you say and then I may do it myself or just have him put them in for me or let him help me so I will know later.

Its not difficult at all. There are only a few bolts holding each bag in. Single cable connecting them. The Bags can be purchased dirt cheap on Ebay now ($50). If you can figure out how to remove the old one's, the new units will be even easier to install.
