Nope, no harness... the bulbs are only 55/60W

Yeah they have an afterglow when the lights are turned off... I'm in the middle of the install now. Seems like the retaining rings that hold the Headlamps in place are having a little truoble fitting around these new lamps. Other than that it's a pretty clean install. Anybody know how to aim these things once I have it all setup???

They do make rectangular ones... I'm not sure if they only fit XJ's though. Try searching for IPF on Quadratec.
