P0431 Cat Code Question

2 weeks in a row I've gotten this code. O2 sensors(4) were replaced 2 years ago and mini cats replaced 3 years ago. The front bolt on the back cat flange was a little loose...got almost a full turn on it. Can't hear any rattling in that cat when running. Could the loose bolt be the cause for this code? I'm concerned because I really don't want to smoke my Banks Turbo. Anyway to check the cats other than removing?

I don't know how to check cats off vehicle, its input vs output and on the bench how?

My thoughts having a banks turbo - you must have a scanner - real quick SO..... cat B2S1

Post all codes-
What is ECT?
What are the o2 sensor voltages ?
What is the fuel trims?
MAP ? not asking you should know...

Using graphing mode of scanner Might want to stack bank 1 pre and post o2 readings for observation

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

I'll give it a run and data log...ECT has not passed 209*F.

Trouble Code Conditions:
When Monitored: After engine warm up to 147 deg. F, 180 seconds of open throttle operation, at a speed greater than 20 mph, with the engine at 1200-1700 rpm and

>>MAP vacuum between 15.0 and 21.0 inches of mercury (Hg). IDK your turbo charged ?

Set Condition: As catalyst efficiency deteriorates, the switch rate of the downstream O2 sensor approaches that of the upstream O2 sensor. If at any point during the test the switch ratio reaches a predetermined value a counter is incremented by one. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.

Possible Causes:
VISUALLY INSPECT CATALYTIC CONVERTER
EXHAUST LEAK
ENGINE MECHANICAL CONDITION
AGING O2 SENSOR
CATALYTIC CONVERTER
