Opda

Has anyone every been able to identify who engineered the '05-'06 OPDA? If so please post his or her address and home phone. It's one of those things I wanted to do in 2011 and being we are down to a month left I need to get cracking on finding this person. I want to discuss a few things with him/her.

You think it's just one person and not a bunch of Chrysler engineers.
I was told it was this guy and his grandpa.

It can't be a group of people as even Chrysler or LDI or whoever built it could not of had a group of people come up with such a bonehead design as that especialy if they were sober. I am guessing in June 2004 one of the bosses kids just graduated and got a job and begged to design something and the rest is history. I wager others raised eyebrows at the design and the kid now lives in South America under the alias name of Design Wrangler.

The contractor/supplier company was LDI IIRC, the company that went out of business was called Chrysler. It's now called OldCarco. The new company that builds Jeep is also called Chrysler (Group), but they had nothing to do with our OPDA as they never built a 4.0 inline six engine.

I'm pretty sure it was the same guy that invented Torx bolts and then flipped a coin on every bolt to decide if it should be SAE or metric.

He never designed anything. He's never even had a job. He probably couldn't change a flat tire if he had to.
Wait a minute----------I am describing the possible person who came up with this OPDA design!
But it ain't Barry, he has minions do his bidding. And the OPDA's were already out of production before he forced Chrysler out.
