No Air through Vents (Actuator Lever)

Hello all,

I have an issue that after hours of searching and multiple attempts to repair over the last year, is still an issue.

On my 06 Wrangler, the blend door lever at the bottom of the heater box has snapped off inside the box. I still have the arm and have tried many fixes including putting a deck screw through it, a dry wall anchor covered in glue, and anything else i could think of.

Does anyone know where i can get a replacement arm for this? or a way to bypass it and control it manually?

I have only been able to find the upper two arms and had no luck with the lowest one. I only get air through my defrost and floor vents which is a nightmare in the winter.

Hoping someone can help as i dont have the time or money to replace the entire heater box assembly.

Below is a picture of the bottom of the heater box with the lever arm circled.

Thanks in advanced for any input

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.

Appreciate the reply jtec, but this seems to repair the blend door for hot/cold air flow. Mine is the door that controls vent selection. I currently do not get any air through my dash vents. I will reach out to that company to see if they have a solution for my issue.

Appreciate the lead. Still looking for any other solutions people can think of.
