No 3rd speed on A/C, vent blower after MML & BL
I just got done doing a MML and a BL and today I realized that I don't have a 3rd speed on my A/C, vent, or heater, etc. What would cause this???? Would the MML and BL cause this? It's almost as the blower is off when it is in the 3rd position.

If the fan works in all positions other than the 3rd position, then it could very well be the resistor pack, or possibly a bad connection somewhere.
The resistor pack limits the current to the blower motor for positions 1 to 3. You should find it located at the heater-A/C housing on the passenger side under the instrument panel, you need to remove the kick cover to access it.

If it happens to be a resistor pack, you cannot fix it... It will have to be replaced entirely. If you know how to use an ohmmeter just measure the resistances on the resistor pack, The 1st resistor will be the highest value and it should be lower for the 2nd and even lower for the 3rd... However sometimes just by looking at the resistor pack you can see the problem, usually either corroded or burnt.

I have the same problem but cannot find the resister pack or relay that controls speeds 1-3. I lost the third speed on my blower/fan control as well. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it?

The resistor pack should be placed close to or in the blower housing. I believe it's on the passenger side under the dash... You'll have to remove the kick panel in order to get to it.
