New heater core isnt as hot

I just replaced my heater core in my 06 Rubicon and after burping the system and pulling my hair out I cant figure out why the hot air is just warm. It used to almost be scalding. But now when it's cold outside it just keeps the inside of my jeep a tolerable temp. Any ideas?

How does the construction of the new core compare to the old one? Same number of rows? Same material?

Are your blend doors working correctly? On my Jeep you can see where the cable attaches to the lever for the door so you can tell whether it is traveling as far as it should.

Did you put foam weather stripping around the perimeter of the core to seal it with the heater core box?

Do both heater core hoses and the radiator hose feel the same temperature?

Why did you replace it? Brand?

Do both heater core hoses and the radiator hose feel the I basically replicated the factory set up when I replaced it. I dont know how many rows there are. Its plastic and aluminum. The original was copper and aluminum. Blend door has free range in motion. Both hoses are close in temp. Almost the same.

I replaced it because it was leaking coolant into my HVAC system and coming out the drain tube on the fire wall.

Did you have to take the ac lines off on the 06? My rubicon is leaking too and I cannot find any references for he newer style. Also how did you burp the system?
