I've had mine on for about 2 years and 12,000 miles and the heim still seems solid and tight. I live in the muddy rust belt so I regularly use WD40 to clean all my joints then shoot them with some motorcycle chain oil to help prevent corrosion.
Only issue I had was the bolt that goes through the the heim. I torqued it to 150ft lbs as per instructions with red lock tight. It still came loose so I just cranked it with a breaker bar to what seemed like an unhealthy amount of tight. I would still prefer a double shear mount like the rear has though.

Metalcloak found this thread and is sending me a new rod end. That should address the issue for at least as long as the old one lasted. Hopefully longer. Thanks Jon!

Sweeet! My MTRk's haven't lasted as long as I hoped. Now I hope Goodyear finds this thread and sends me some new ones...

I'm still investigating my options, but I really do appreciate the replacement.

I have 95k miles on my JKS TB. DD mostly with some occasional wheeling.

Bob's boring build:

oh yeah, I was kidding around, that was pretty cool of them. Will at Metalcloak was good to me, too, when I cross-threaded and stripped out the flag nut at the axle end while installing my track bar. I sheepishly asked for another flag nut on my dime, but he sent one out no charge.

I have about the same number of miles (15,000) on my MC track bar that was installed in October 2014, and it was tight when I removed it a month ago. To be fair, the QA1 heim that was installed in a different location on the same Jeep, at the same time, seems to be signififcantly tighter than the joint on the track bar.
