LJ inner rear crossmember replacement

I just bought a 05 LJ, and the rear crossmember is rusted. The rear most crossmember has already been replaced but the inner one (the one that the fuel tank skid mounts to) is now rusted. Pretty sure this frame crossmember is only on the LJs. Anyone else weld a new one in place... did you fabricate one or find one thats premade?

Safe T Caps is the best solution. Google it.
