The Green (problems after headlight switch install)

So I Bought a new Headlight Switch and Installed it. My low beams work, and if I flash to pass and hold it the High Beams work. When I pull the headlights forward to activate the brights all the lights shut off. Assuming its a short in the wiring but I am not sure how to know or how to find it. Looking for suggestions, Thanks!

Make sure all the sockets in the connector are seated on the blades on the switch. I put one on awhile back and about a third of the blade sockets pushed out of the connector, had to seat them one by one with a screwdriver.

I'd suspect a faulty switch. If you pull the switch you can check it for continuity.

I'm not sure why it shows high beam continuity between pins 17 and 19, as in the wiring diagrams they don't look to have a connection inside the switch. 17 and 18 are the pins you should have continuity between, in either high beam position, by the looks of it.
