Fuel Pressure Gauge Check - Newbie

So, I am checking my fuel pressure on my 03 Wrangler I6 4.0L as I a not sure it is getting fuel (cranks over but no start). I sprayed starting fluid in the intake and in almost started but never did so not sure if it's getting any fuel. I bought this gauge from Harbor Freight and hooked it up and turned the key but don't see any pressure. Now I am wondering if I actually hooked it up correctly. I am new to this and was following a few different posts on how to do this but not sure I have it. Look in picture below and let me know.

thats hooked correctly, when cranking engine what is PSI reading?

spec is 49 psi +/- 2 psi.

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

I get 0 psi when the key is in the on position and when I crank it. The engine just cranks but not start. Wanted to make sure I was attaching this fuel pressure gauge correctly.

Seems I may have some wiring issue with the power coming to the fuel pump relay in the PDC from what my other thread is saying. See below if you want to comment there for issues I am seeing.
