I would like to thank everyone for the help.. Turns out it was my ratcheting locker.
When I tummy tucked the change in pinion angle apparently didn't let me get enough oil into the diff.
I put it up on ramps and added another 1/2 quart of oil and the pop is gone.
I have a new diff cover with a higher fill hole on the way (Solid)
Took a video with the cover off after i found the culprit.
Thanks again for everyone that responded.
Does the Solid diff cover leave room for the track bar at full bump? Many have needed to either add bump stop or chop off the "d".
