Error code P 0122 - Need help on this

My 03 Tj has been throwin the code P 0122 twice now and the check engine light turns on and off. When my friend plug into my jeep it came up with the Acellorator Pedal Position Sensor low voltage. The code also shows on the list from jeep forum as the throttle position sensor. My question is that does my 03 have an APPS? or is my jeep referencing the TPS on this code?

Any input would be appreciated.

I searched but didnt find anything to help me.

Seems like its the same thing, go to Autozone and get a new TPS, replace it clear the codes and see if it comes up again.

The dealership has it cheaper than autozone. The TPS runs about 48 bucks. I still want to know what the APPS is and where it is. I think this weekend will be the time to go get the TPS

When mine was giving me the PO123 code (also TPS) I tried NAPA, thinking they would be cheaper, but they couldn't even find a TPS for my '02 Sport. They wanted 65-70 bucks for a TPS for a '01. Called the dealership and got the OEM for 55 bucks. No more code throwin'!

Accelerator Pedal = Throttle
therefore
Accelerator Pedal PS = Throttle PS
