Coolant Spraying at High RPM/temp

98 Jeep Wrangler sport. 4.0

I have no coolant leak when driving around town or short 30min drives and temp will stay around at 210 or near 210. but if im driving a long distance on the highway, the temp will get to about 230 basicly beetween 210 and the last white line before the red. and coolant will start spraying under the hood and eventualy make its way to the driver side of the windshield. the leak apears to becoming from somewhere around the middle to the end of the driver side of the engine compartemnt. seems closer to the block. i can see aloit of buildup by the 3rd fuel injector in( counting from the front) dosent apear to be a craked head or block. i have no coolant in my oil, and no black or white smoke in the exhaust. im quite stumped. any help would be apreciated. my best guess is a craked freeze plug. but the fact there is not a constant leak and the overheating on highway is whats got me.

you can get a flourescent dye to put in your coolant...after it leaks, you use a black light to see where the leak is coming regular service technician did this for me a few years ago on a previous vehicle as it had an elusive coolant leak...worked very well...the dye stays in for a long time (unless you flush it out) and will continue to work for any future side effects with cooling by having the dye in the system...
