Constant Check engine light issues

I have a 2006 wrangler LJ. I bought it 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it since I got it.

The first issue was cam position sensor. Replaced it twice with moose sensors within 2 weeks, and finally Took it to the stealership and had the cam synchro, timing chain, and position sensor changed. The code for that has since gone away.

Now for the new set of issues.

P0174
P0431
P0421
P0300

After researching these codes, I have bought a new ignition coil pack (not sure of the name, it goes on top of the spark plugs). And installed it.

I have a loss of power, minor misfires, sometimes a light rough idle, not bad but still there, and only getting about 120 miles per tank in fuel consumption. Sometimes it sounds like there’s a light ticky ticky going on, like an exhaust leak. I’m not sure .

I have a new catalytic converter system and all 4 new 02 sensors sitting in the back ready to be installed tomorrow.

My question is that with everything that I’ve had done, and what will be completed tomorrow, is there anything else that should be looked at or possibly replaced?

This Jeep is giving me a run for my money, and the guy that sold it to me assured me that all I needed was a cam position sensor 🙄

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
