Changed the Speedo gear!

OK….If you have read any of what I have written in the past, you might know I’m the guy that calls AAA to change a tire….lmao… .I don’t work on cars, trucks or what ever…SO…To start, I would like to thank Stu (http://www.stu-offroad.com/siteindex.asp) and his great web site… Plus all the other post I have read in regards to changing the speedo gear. I got my new Speedo gear on Friday…so Saturday I sat down to put it on…Damn it was easy….I did it in about 5 mins….Took the Jeep for a drive with my Garmin GPS and it is dead on now…I know it was a small task, BUT it was HUGE for me....Almost makes me want to do bigger changes on my own…

Please do this, it will give you a lot of pleasure when you finish the install. Do all your research here first and then go do it.

Heh, good job and now it's time for you to tackle a suspension lift installation!

Actually, I really wasn't kidding. If you aren't a 60 year old grandmother and know righty-tighty lefty-loosey, you can install a suspension lift on a TJ Wrangler. And if you don't have the tools, you can buy all the basic tools needed and still be money ahead from if you paid a store to install it.

When you have a choice, buy American made.
