Can't remove lower control arm

Greetings

I'm replacing my front control arms after a two of four developed slop in their bushings - they're 15+ years old. Had no issue on 3 but when I tried to remove driver side lower control arm I can not get the front bolt out - it hits the diff housing. See pic. I had the Jeep regeared a year or so ago but I don't remember him doing anything with control arm mounts.... Trying to get hold of the guy that did the work but haven't had any luck - of course..... Any suggestions are appreciated. Cut the bolt and get replacement? Best way to do that? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to getting out now that the temps are slowing dropping...

Cheers
Bart

Just pull down on the bolt. It will come out.

and maybe put a jack under the side of the axle to lift it a hair more while pull the bolt head down. if just pulling it doesn't work

Nothing a torch, sawzall or plasma cutter can't fix if it is really that stuck.
