Bent crome axle in D44

I fitted Revolution crome axles in my D44 about 2 years ago because one was bent. Now I have noticed that one of the axles is bent again. I would have thought that crome would of stopped the bending. I am running 33s.

Repeatedly bending axle shafts with only 33" tires, even after upgrading them, suggests perhaps your activities are part of the problem. Are you jumping your Jeep?

When you have a choice, buy American made.

this ^^^^^

Most wheelers running 35s or less on chromoly shafts have not bent a shaft. Even on the toughest trails.

No I am not jumping the Jeep. It does do some tough trails but I dont abuse it. I havent called revolution yet as I am in Australia. I have sent them an email but havent received a reply yet. Trouble is crome axles are only sold in pairs. I may just go back to 2nd hand axles as I dont want to have to buy a pair of axles every time I bend an axle.
