Air Conditioning

My air condition no longer works on my 97 Jeep Wrangler. I was told Jeep originally installs a jeep compressor at the factory. I was also told I needed to take it to a dealer to have a new one installed.

Anyone ever dealt with replacing their air condion system? And did you install the factory part or is there a better system to install?

You can always but a aftermarket for a local parts store, I would just make sure it has a lifetime warranty. And four season is a good source of compressors. Some places requires you to do a flush too, and sometimes comes as a kit. Do know where you stay but theres also 1800radiators that sells a kit.

Beep Beep, who got da keys to the JEEP???
