8 JJ Short Arms vs RC Long Arm

So from my reading a quality short arm like Currie or Rokmen with JJ's at both ends deliveres more usable flex than a long arm kit from lets say RC (poly bushings at one end and a JJ style at the other end). Did I not learn how to read? Did i missunderstand something or did I get it right?

Disregard: engine, axles, lift height, loackers, open diff, and so on.

The argument has nothing to do with flex, usable flex, or anything like that. That's a function of your shock travel. The argument has to do with the fact that stock suspension mounts with quality arms like Currie or Rokmen is superior to RC's lower quality joints and odd link mounting points, namely the rear. There's a lot more to suspension performance than just "flex."
