2 setup choices for weekend warrior - please rate

I own the following 2002 Tj with 40k mi.
4.0L, Manual
4" Suspension lift
BFG KM2 35x12.5x15 on steelies
F/R HD bumpers
Warn M8000
BW Pocket Flares

I bought a Rubicon D44 with air locker (4.10) that i will be installing in the rear.
I plan on ordering a Superior Axel Super30 (30 spline) for my front.

I have limited budget and would like to know which setup would be better. This is a DD for me and i do a mix of mud and rock.

1)------------
Upgrade to 37" tires (NO front ARB locker....to be safe?)
DIY Highline Fender mod

OR

2)
Go for a bellyUP mod
Buy full skid plates
Order the front ARB locker (to be locked back and front)
Stick to my 35s

Your input is much appreciated in saving me cash.

Stick with the 35s.

Are you planning on keeping the 4.10 ratio?

Yes, 4.10 from what i read that should be ok.

I think i have 3.07 now and 5th gear is just there for show....completely unusable,.

I would say its better to be really well set up for 35's, then semi-set up for 37's.

4.10 will be ok with 35s.

Maybe not what some would consider ideal, but its much better than 3.07.

Going with 4.10 is another good reason to stick with 35s.

#2. Everyone loves 37's, but your going to be in a different ballpark with them. Run the 35's and be happy. I love my belly up stuff, but I'll be ditching my 4.10's soon myself, hopefully this winter and I'm only running 33's currently.

Hold onto something... Quick!!!

You would be more capable with a front locker and 35s then an open front and 37s. #2 for sure.
