00 TJ cluster not working, odometer blank. Etc

Hello, Have some electrical issues with this TJ. Came down to a bad battery. After some previous failed Jump starts, a Cascade of failures were noticed.

Note: originally the heater was not working, had the typical melted 3 wire connection attached to the vacuum switch... Replaced with female spade connection. Replaced heater resistor and fan a year previous. Well versed in that failure point. All works.

Failures at once:
1. New radio does not power on (worked fine before)
2. Gauge cluster does not work. Lights up, but RPM, speed, oil battery are flat. Warning gauges light do self test.(airbag, check gauge lights)
3. Door lights/sound bar lights. They've been an issue before ..but both the driver and passenger courtesy lights were working, they do not. Door defeat fuse is present, replaced.

Things checked.
*Jeep starts. Runs.
*Checked ALL fuses in glove box. All are ok, no corrosion.
*Checked the blade fuses in the engine block. They are fine.
*All ext lights work, including dash. (After market new radio..dark. no power.
Fuse ON the radio is okay.) *

Check the IOD fuse (#25, 10A) under the hood again. It supplies power to radio, cluster and courtesy lamps. If the fuse is good the wire may have a break somewhere, and you'll need to test for voltage along it's length. It's a pink/white wire.
