Wiper blade refills?

Iím going to look into my wiper system in the near future. My wipers work, they turn on and off OK. One arm is falling apart and itís bent too. The other arm seems OK, other than where it parks. I have a replacement arm from when I bought my hardtop, they gave me one. My first step is to locate some 12Ē blade refills. Where is a good place to purchase the refills for my CJ-7? I looked at WM today, and they donít have anything that small.

I remember years ago you could buy the blades alone, and if you bought the plastic ones, you could cut them to fit. Everything I saw today was more than simply the blades. Everything on the rack was the blade and the pivoting metal blade support.

You might be able to use something like this if you still have the little metal retaining clips (?). Cut em to fit and you're off to the races.

I believe the OEM blades are 11" not 12".

It's not the Voltage, but the Amperage that will kill you.

Just refills seem to be a thing of the past these days. I was able to get the right size/style blades through Rock Auto last time I bought them about a year ago.

Locally, I've had the best luck finding blades at Napa. Or you can order. IMO, I wouldn't waste the effort on the blade refills.
