My 85 Laredo had Center caps that slip through the back before mounting, no screw holes. Thats the 108mm center hole Rims.

I thought all factory original Jeep Laredo wheels used the center caps that screwed on from the back?

You are correct about that. If he has a setup that slips in like that, they are aftermarket. I have a set of those too but they are not factory wheels. They look nice though.

Good to know, just assumed they were Factory. But Thanks, now I Know. Anybody have a Photo of the backside Factory?
