Brought it back from the shop. Paint looks amazing.
Now I just need to fix the death wobble before I take it down the 405 again.

As I am putting my Jeep together for being apart for nearly a year I am realizing I should have taken more pictures and handled my bolts a little better. I am about 80% there with the bolts, but the 20% consists of bolts that broke or were rusted that I threw out at the time, or groups of bolts that I could have gone even further to bag and lable...
I have gotten lucky a couple times so far with finding the 1 off's, but it has mostly been me running to the hardware store or calling jeep yards or CL part-outs to find the odd ones.

The paint looks great but that is my question too, looks like an early 911 go me.

So I did a test fit of these "extend-a-flares" and it looks like they are replacements. There's no way these are going to attach to the originals like the the instructions say without cutting them. They actually look just like the originals except the attach to the fender from the bottom. The part number for the front is 10010 and 10020 for the rear.
Look it's a 4.6!

Found the speed at which my steel 1 piece front clip flies up. 82-ish Putting the hood latches on just made it to the top of the list. I put on the front fender flares yesterday. Guess that was just enough to change the aerodynamics of it. The good thing is all it did was dent the hood, real bad. But better than busting the windshield like I thought it would...

I forgot my latches after some tuning, and got up to 45 and it flew up and shattered my windshield, dented hood like yours, dented windshield frame, dirtied my boxers...

Yes the whole clip flew up. Picture this driving down the highway at 75... She was running good so I kept my foot in it. Then the hood started to rattle side to side and whoosh bang! Naturally I hit the breaks and made a slow controlled descent swerving from one side of my lane to the other then pulled off the road when I was slow enough. It's a heavy front clip and has been without latches for 2 years, but now that the flares are on its a whole different beast. I was super lucky like you said. I'm sure the reason it didn't break the windshield or frame because my hardtop was on. It pushed the top back about 2". Maybe next time I won't put stuff like that off. I think I'll go check my lug nuts now...

Stripped down the nerf bars and repainted them with the same rustoleum professional grade rattle can as the bumpers for consistency...
Also wired up the Warn 8274 winch I bought last week and tested it out...

I guess a $2 bungee would have made a big difference.
