Team Rush coil replacement

I have looked around at a lot of the Team Rush info and have not yet run across what, if any, MSD Coil is currently available that is a direct canister style replacement for the stock coil. I’m the write-ups from year’s past, the recommended part was the MSD Blaster 2F (part #8205). Does anyone know if there is a newer model that would fit the with the factory wiring connector?

hello

when i did mine i used a pertronix 40,000 flamer thrower canister coil. works well for me. it fits the stock coil mount but i did have to cut the stock coil connector off and install terminals on the wire. i actually like better becaue i was never crazy for the ford style slip on connection.

Thanks. I have seen MSD Canister coils that have that type connection. I was just hoping to find a direct replacement and avoid cutting wires.
