Replacement for Tachometer Cup

Hello All,

Whats your best way to replace this? It's the cup that holds the tachymeter to the dash.

There's a person on eBay that sells reproduced one from a plastic printer for 20 bucks. Here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Jeep-Ta...UAAOSwnF9Y6m3y

I was going to suggest 3D printing one....but, hey....if someone is already doing it.....

To the OP....don't be afraid of 3D printed parts. They are surprisingly strong if done right.

Do it.....

We have a couple at work.

I'm doing a disk brake conversion on my CJ.....I found a dwg on one of the forums, created a dwg file and printed off the result so I could test fit the caliper.

The dim are a little off. Cheaper to 3D print a test piece than buy a couple of pieces that don't fit.

Next is a rear view mirror mount.....I want it to attach to my roll cage and not the windshield. The windshield vibrates because of the wind while driving....
