Cj PCV Valve Grommet

Hi, I am getting oil leaking out of around my pcv valve grommet on the aluminum valve cover. It is on an 84 CJ7 with the 4.2L. I have looked everywhere and have yet to find a new grommet that fits. The current one is an omix grommet that seems cheaply made due to it not sealing well. Any suggestions or recommendations of where I can find these grommets will be appreciated.

Local parts stores?

Seems that "O'Reilly Auto Parts" and Pep boys had a good selection

I grab extras sometimes.

Just out of curiosity, do you have two holes in your valve cover - one up front and the other at the back? If so, is the rear one open and allowing air into the engine? If not, then you are pressurizing the engine. If you don't allow air in, you will get oil out.

Yes I do have two holes on the valve cover. The rear hole connects to the air intake.

OK, just checking. The previous owner of mine had PCV valves installed in both openings which pushed oil out of the dipstick.
