Name that Part

ok.. so this is totally a blatant cover for the fact that I don't remember this piece during teardown and my system for labeling is worse than my memory. BUT... I think maybe I'm not the only one with random parts that they can't remember... so maybe this could be a useful thread for others.

Anyone know what these are for? I thought they had something to do with the front clip (maybe fenders to grill connections?).

Oddly those look like seat brackets... almost like a washer that you'd put between the tub and riser to help disperse the pressure.

I don't know what they're called, I just know where they go. They are mounted on either side of the gas tank running parallel to the fame, part of the body mount. I know my explanation is not adequate, I'll try to find a picture to explain better.
